Step-1 get everything you see from my force host page and make sure you understand how to give someone host because its pretty much the same concept

Step-2 Open in zone alarm as if you were giving the person you want to lag out host, find their IP address with commview

Step -3 Enter his ip into zone alarm, as  if you were trying to force him host BUT instead of putting him under TRUSTED put him under BLOCKED

Step -4 save Zone alarm and make sure the Trusted security and the internet security is on Med.

NOTE::: THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOUR HOST!!!!
